Dr McDougall is recognized worldwide as a leading expert on digital marketing.  Dr McDougall founded the SinoTech Group of companies in Beijing, China after identifying a need in the Chinese market for a set of integrated digital advertising solutions.  Having already developed relationships with many of China’s largest websites and online Publishers, he was intent on promoting an end-to-end digital advertising solutions to Internet Publishers and Advertisers so they can exploit new performance marketing techniques and develop effective brand management solutions. The SinoTech Group consists of three companies; SinoTech Media, SinoTech Search and SinoTech Digital.

Dr McDougall is a frequent spokesperson on Internet issues and guest speaker at Internet industry forums. He also sits on the Board of ad:tech China and on a number of other Chinese digital media start-ups.
